At Little Luxury Decants, all fragrance sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any fragrance purchases.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us promptly through our “Contact Us” page. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Any requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any verified issues related to damage or shipping errors.
All products sold by Little Luxury Decants are legally acquired and owned by us. We independently decant fragrances from our personal inventory into smaller sample sizes for resale. These decanted products are not produced, authorized, or endorsed by the original manufacturers.
